Congratulations to Gustavo and Claudia on a successful two years of business. I am hoping they have many more successful years. They have brought something to Freeport that has been missing for a very long time. Many nice restaurants have come and gone over the years without any new ones coming to life. You can tell the owners of La Patrona are dedicated to creating exceptional food and drink menus while constantly working to deliver stupendous service. The menu can be a bit intimidating at first, but the servers are going to help you understand what you want to know. Do not be afraid to take your time and ask questions. If a dish ever comes out wrong, the staff at La Patrona are going to want to fix it and ensure you receive exactly what you are expecting. To sum it all up: the decor is upscale, but also very homey and cozy, the menu has great variety. The drinks are well balanced, and the staff truly wants to become your friend/family. If you haven’t yet, give them a try.
